Our login system is temporarily unavailable
A critical security vulnerability affecting PHP, the software that runs many websites worldwide, was recently made public. As a precaution, we have taken our login systems offline while we apply the security updates.
Our team is working tirelessly to update and check every affected system. This is a thorough process and may take some time. Login access will only be restored once each system has been fully patched and verified as safe.
Your data and alarms are not affected. Your base units are still collecting and storing data, and alarms will continue to flow as normal. The only change is that you can't log in to view your data online for now.
A representative will be in touch with you shortly to discuss alternative options while login access is unavailable.
What you need to know
- You don't need to do anything. No data is being lost, and we will contact you directly.
- We will never ask for your password by email, phone or text. Treat any message claiming to be from us that asks for login details with caution.
- When the service returns, you may be asked to sign in again.
About the vulnerability
